After two expensive service calls with the installing company of our old system with no result to the problem of the system freezing, we called Rick from Dunnellon Air & Heat and were surprised that he immediately located the problem and corrected it by changing the wiring that had been installed wrong to start with. 

Nine years later he installed a new unit which was done thoroughly and exactly as quoted, no surprises no messes, no problems.
